My products are 100% hand made. I use a mixture of supplies such as Polymer Clay, Acrylic Paint, Gloss Coating, and beads of different sorts.
If you purchase polymer clay jewelry, it is important that you do not swim or bathe with the jewelry on. It will damage the jewelry and over time, it will cause the polymer clay to separate from the findings.
PAYPAL AND CREDIT CARDS:
I do accept virtual cash through paypal and I also accept credit cards, debit cards and e-check. Paypal charges me transaction fee of 2.9% of total price + $0.30. I do calculate this into the shipping.
MONEY ORDERS:
I accept Postal Money Orders Only! They are treated as pure cash and I will ship your items as soon as it arrives. You can purchase one at your nearest Post Office. If you are paying with Money Orders, please contact me for the address to mail your money order to.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS:
Here at TooCuteKawaii, I do not accept credit cards for international orders. My merchant account at paypal cannot verify the names and the address'. I do however accept direct paypal and international money orders. Please do not try to place an order with your credit card if you are outside of the USA. There is a good chance that your bank will hold your money for 2-4 business days and then they will be released back to you. It is because you are being turned down for being out of the country. I have no control over this.
Payment should be made within 24 hours after check out. If you need further time to may a payment please contact me within 24 hours or your order will be canceled.
SHIPPING: TooCuteKawaii ships from Orlando, FL USA. All items are shipped within 1-2 days after payment is received. I package the items the same day I receive payment. Please remember, TooCuteKawaii is run by one person.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
I want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with them item you receive, please send the item back (as it was received) within 10 days after delivery. Buyer will pay return shipping fees and cost of the item will be refunded via pay pal or a new order will be sent.
